The Desk Pebble is a Companion Pebble to accompany you through your working day. Reach for it in those in-between moments when you’re needing a sense of connection, or maybe a burst of creative inspiration. A larger version of the pocket pebble, the Desk Pebble is a similar shape, sculpted with a flattened thumb rest for a satisfying hand hold feel. The Desk Pebble comes in a little velvet pouch for safekeeping.

Concrete is made using Cornish crushed granite dust to which a polymer bonding agent is added to make the concrete frost proof and waterproof. Cement dye is then added to create natural tones. The pebbles are waxed and polished at the final part of the process. As you handle the companion pebbles the natural oils from your skin will enhance the patina over time. You can use a quality furniture polish to care for your pebble and keep it shiny if you choose.
Photos shown are for display purposes only. Direct replication is impossible due to the handmade process. Colour match may not be exact as the pigment to cement ratio may differ slightly. Most importantly, as would be expected, with the addition of cremation ashes the cement aggregate becomes a unique mix. Each piece is a new creation. Your item will be a ‘one-off’ with its own markings which may include air bubbles that naturally occur in the artisan process – all part of its distinctive character and charm.
